Case study nirvana.

Shared outcomes makes for case study nirvana.

“Just want to say a massive thanks from all the guys here!

We love the quality of the video, exactly what everyone had in mind when starting this project. A pleasure working with you all again!”

CEO, JRNI (Formerly Bookingbug)

What are the chances of two of our clients working in tandem to tell a story about how technology is revolutionising the retail environment.

When Bookingbug got in touch with Alex they were super excited to talk about the solution they’d developed for LEGO’s Mosaic Maker at their Flagship Leicester Square store.

Alex was equally excited by the fact that he could help to optimise the opportunity by sharing our network within LEGO® to establish a collaborative process with multiple stakeholders during the script development process.

This approach ensured the final case study met the shared outcomes of both brands.

Filming in Lego’s flagship Leicester Square store early in the morning before they opened meant optimising the available time. Careful planning and a tight crew ensured Interviews, interactive elements of the store and of course the Mosaic Maker were filmed swiftly.

The in-store Mosaic Maker is awesome, and we wanted to showcase this in the video so we proposed making a timelapse of the mosaic being made. This was a lot of fun, watching the piles of tiny pieces slowly reduce as the face was revealed.

This was definitely not in the brief but really added to the story and was praised by both stakeholders.
