The Felix Project is an extraordinary charity and Gorillas is an incredible startup.
When the opportunity arrived to work with both, we didn’t hesitate.
The brief was to tell the story of these two highly principled organisations coming together for the benefit of a good cause. Vertical video, square video and a variety of stills helped spread the word through various social channels.
We feel the hero vertical film above tells the story best, so please have a look. We found some of the statistics shocking. Our main concerns were approaching the subject with sensitivity and conveying the brand’s authenticity.
Horizontal or vertical, the choice is yours. In this instance with a socially driven outreach, vertical was the best means for us to deliver a ton of content, video and stills, that would work on a variety of platforms.
Recording VO’s
It’s always a treat working with people who have had media training…
But Jack and Richard really stole the show and made our job extremely easy. We set up a booth at our studio in North London and kept the on-set crew to a minimum to really ensure they could get comfortable.
This fab project also provided us with the opportunity to shoot with a probe lens and we relish at the chance to play with different kit. Check out our reel below to see our process!
